Sometimes !! It mostly depends on what the topic and the interest i have in the novel. I enjoy books of adventure,mystery, and sometimes romance, like the novel "Romeo and Juliet".I believe Ms.Crespo tries to get me interested I reading to try and stimulate my mind.

Indifferent- To be without interest, or Unconcerned.
Reminds me of when Elie lost all hope in god because he felt god wasn't there for him.





Radiant- Clearly emanating, full of joy , greatness or health.
Reminds me of when Moishe the Beadle seen a young
women that he thought was gorgeous. (Radiant)

Homework (Reflection)

As I read pgs 85-97, I found out new exciting and interesting facts, like Rabi and his son running from torture and hell, into freedom and happiness. The Jewish Culture claimed Rabi's son of betraying his family because he left his father behind but, he had no choice.As they continued to run the father was becoming weaker and weaker. So he did what he had to.

Reflection

Reading the story "Night" pgs 77 - 84. I read about a Jewish prisoner who says "He has more faith in Hitler than anyone, He alone has kept his promises to the Jewish people" In my own words, I think this means that of all the things that he's experienced and asked god for, he never kept his promises, but has more respect for Hitler because he keeps his word.

When Ellie said that "god was hanging from the gallows" he meant that as god look down on his children and creation,with nothing said or done, while they were hung from their necks struggling for survival.


I feel that as Ellie was starting to wonder if god really exist . He starts to ask his self if god really exist , because god wouldn't stand by and watch his people be murder.Ellie's belief in god has changed in many different ways.For example when Ellie at the beginning of the story ,god blessed Ellie to go with his father,during the time the Jewish people were being taken to the concentration camps. Later in the story, Ellie begins to pray and ask god to help him out of perplexing situtations and god was nowhere to be found.

If i had super powers , i would like to be a pyrokenetic. I would want this power because i want to help those in need. Every since i was a little boy growing up i have always been interested in all of the hero's and villians that use fire for a power or weapon.
